Strategy and Program Development

This is where the heart and soul of an organization is on full display. Whether you are architecting global program design and delivery, or going deep on an issue in one place; working as an established and resourced INGO or as part of a broad coalition; spinning up new ideas or sunsetting old ones; it would be a pleasure to work together to optimize strategic planning and program design, along with measurement, learning, and evaluation structures.

Participatory Learning and Evaluation

Participatory learning and evaluation projects catalyze organizational growth as community leaders and project initiators come together to review their work, assess their learnings and proactively and productively figure out their next steps. My background in community leadership, advocacy and organizational development enables me to co-create and help facilitate optimal collaborative spaces where various stakeholders can come together and learn from each other.

Research and Planning

Acting as an intermediary, I work with you to conduct research that informs your strategy and helps you to upgrade your policies. I leverage your organization’s network and my own to provide you with information and insights from a wide range of stakeholders.

  • During my tenure as Executive Director/CEO of the Hildebrand Family Self-Help Center, Inc., Romain Murphy Consulting has been a strategic partner at various stages of the growth, development and evolution of the organization.
